• 199 residential unit new construction apartment building with retail, $55,000,000 total project cost, located at 50 26^th Street in the Strip District, with anticipated construction start Q3 2024
• 63-unit historic repurposing apartment building with retail, $30,000,000 total project cost, in partnership with Rugby Realty located at 933 Penn Avenue in the Cultural District, with anticipated construction start Q4 2024
• Several retail tenant build out projects including Triangle Building at 926 Liberty Avenue and 2614 Penn Avenue in the Strip District, to start in April and May respectively both with roughly $1,000,000 budgets.

Hullett’s development slate in 2025/26 includes a site in Larimer for a new construction apartment building located at 6500 Hamilton Avenue, with a $40,000,000 total project cost.

Hullett is interested in making direct relationships with subcontractors, contractors, vendors for its construction projects and retail entrepreneurs.
